The Terms and Conditions will apply to any Contract or Agreement on a commercial basis between us;  Rajpoot Tutorials and the subscriber for the provision of our online tutoring service to you as a subscriber for the benefit of the user. Please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions carefully before committing to subscribing with Rajpoot Tutorials.

Please note that before subscribing you will be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions.

As a subscriber you be obliged to comply with the Terms and Conditions and ensure that the users that you have subscribed on behalf of also comply with these. If you or the user fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions, use of our online tutoring service may be terminated.

It is strongly recommended that you should print a copy of the Terms and Conditions or save them to your computer for future reference.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Every time you wish to subscribe with Rajpoot Tutorials, please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions which will apply at that time.

        Rajpoot Tutorials reserves the right to change the structure of any service fees, transaction fees or commissions it charges at any time. Current fees or commissions will be clearly advertised on the Website prior to said fees or commissions being charged or taken.

        Rajpoot Tutorials is not involved in the actual transaction and execution of a Tuition Agreement between Students and Tutors. Therefore, in the event that you have a dispute with a Student or Tutor that you have connected with through the Website, you release Rajpoot Tutorials from all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) in any way connected with any such dispute.

        Rajpoot Tutorials can try to arbitrate any dispute arising between a Student and a Tutor, but offers no guarantees in this regard. Please contact us if you have a dispute that you would like us to attempt to arbitrate.
